As a result, they just rush through the building so they can finish as quickly as possible and move on to the next job. Without a doubt, this will result in poor quality of service.
Patrell Cleaning Solutions has found a way to solve this problem. We use a phone-based clock-in clock-out system. Our employees call our automated time tracking system every time they start or finish a job. Caller ID is used in order to verify that the call was in fact made from your building. This ensures that our employees only get paid for the hours worked, effectively removing the incentive to rush through the building.
You can rest assured that our employees have provided documentation to prove that they can be lawfully employed in the United States. We conduct extensive background screenings on all employees.
We understand that building security is of utmost importance to our customers. Therefore we have implemented building security as part of our training program. All of our employees are instructed to lock all the entrance doors while working inside the building after business hours, and to lock all the entrance doors and turn on the alarm system when they leave.
